Our Shipping Policy
  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $125.
  • For orders under $125, a standard flat rate shipping fee will apply.
How long will my order take to arrive?
  • This is a combination of your selected shipping option, and your location. 
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped same day or next day, and delivered in accordance with your selected shipping option. 
  • Please note our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
Where do you ship to?
  • We ship anywhere in the U.S., including its territories. U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Where is my order? How do I track it?
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text message with tracking information. Please use this number to track your package.
May I cancel my order, modify, or change my order address?
  • Our team works hard to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order. Please reach out to our Customer Service at customerservice@metalalchemist.com and we will do our best to support you.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?
  • You can return any item within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. 
  • For returns due to personal preference (like wrong size or change of mind), please contact us at customerservice@metalalchemist.com for return or exchange instructions
  • Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
Manufacturer’s Warranty?
  • Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase, valid only for items bought through authorized Metal Alchemist distribution channels.
  • In case of defects, we will repair, replace, or refund the product after evaluation.
  • The warranty does not cover products from unauthorized sellers or damage due to misuse, accidents, or harsh environments.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
  • Product Care: To keep your Metal Alchemist products in top condition, we recommend a mild soap and water mixture for cleaning. We also offer Metal Alchemist branded polishing cloths for purchase, ensuring your items maintain their shine and luster.
  • As always, for any questions or tutorials, please contact our customer service by phone or email: customerservice@metalalchemist.com and we’ll walk you through the process.
How do I clean my jewelry?
  • We recommend using a very mild soap and water mixture to polish and restore luster. For more advanced cleaning you may use a soft polishing cloth.
How and where is the jewelry made?
  • All of our metals are mined in the USA. From there, they are shipped to Rhode Island for a refining and bonding process. Lastly, the metal is handcrafted into a unique Metal Alchemist piece of jewelry.
Do you have a retail location where I can see product?
  • Our flagship store is located at 156 Reade St. in Tribeca, New York City. Please refer to our hours in the locations tab of this website.
