When does free shipping apply?

Shipping is free when you spend more than $98.

What is the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the total package. The delivery time will be based on both processing and shipping location.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

You will not be charged duties. Taxes will be charged based upon the designated state of the billing address.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within the United States and it's territories including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

There will not be a signature required in order to recieve delivery.

Where is my order?

After an order is placed, you will recieve a confirmation email receipt. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our facility, you will recieve another email with tracking information. Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in Rhode Island.


How do I find my order number?

Your order number can be located in the confirmation email that was sent immediately following checkout.

May I cancel or change my order?

Please contact our support team immediately. We will make our best effort to stop the order before it is packed and shipped. Customers will be liable for shipping on any exchanged items once they have been delivered.

Can I change my address?

Please contact our support team. We will make our best effort to change the shipping address before your order is packed and shipped. Metal Alchemist is not liable for any packages delivered to an incorrect address given the shipping address provided at the time of purchase matches the address your package was shipped to.


What is your warranty?

Your warranty begins from the date of receipt and is valid for 1 year. Your warranty is your email receipt with the order number.

Below is what we do & do not cover:

- Faulty Product
- Product defects

- Normal wear & tear, abuse, tampering
- Chemical exposure
- Theft
- Damages: Scratches/knicks

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return/exchange period from the date of receipt. If you are unhappy with your item, please email us with your order details. The item must be in resale condition including the boxes and papers. Once received, we can process an exchange or refund.

Once the return label has been provided to you, you will need to return the item back to us within 7 days. Forgetting to return it after the 14-day returns policy will void any return or exchange.

How much is the return shipping fee?

We will send a prepaid return label. Please return all items in the original packaging when possible.

When will I recieve my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days in accordance with your bank provider. When a refund is initiated, you will recieve a confirmation via email.


How do I take care of my jewelry?

We recommend that you remove your jewelry before participating in physical activity or water exposure. Additionally, exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry.

How do I clean my jewelry?

We recommend using our signature Metal Alchemist branded polishing cloths to restore luster. For additional cleaning we recommend a mild soap and water mixture. Do NOT use harsh chemicals as this may cause damage not covered by your warranty.

Do you offer repair or resizing services?

At this time we do not repair or resize our jewelery.

Does your metal contain any Nickel?

All of our metal is 100% Nickel free.

Where is your jewelry made?

All of our jewelry is made in Rhode Island, known fondly as the "Jewelry Capital of the World."

Do you have any retail locations?

Currently, we have one flagship location located in New York City at 156 Reade St. in Tribeca. We have also exclusively partnered with REEDS Jewelers and are carried in all 64 locations across the United States.
