Return Policy
  • You can return any item within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. 
  • For returns due to personal preference (like wrong size or change of mind), a flat return shipping fee of $7.95 applies. We also offer free exchanges to help you find the perfect item.
  • In cases of quality issues or defects covered by our Manufacturer’s Warranty, we offer free exchanges or refunds and we provide free return shipping.
    Purchases from retailers should be returned to them, but we're here to assist if you have any concerns.
  • If near a Metal Alchemist owned and operated store, we also accept in-person returns, provided the items meet our return criteria.
Warranty Policy
  • Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase, valid only for items bought through authorized Metal Alchemist distribution channels.
